Castaways On The Lake at 244 Lake Road, Webster, New York.

Went last night around 8:30 at the end of the dinner rush. Took about 20 mins for a server to great us. And after having to edit out order 3 times due to lack of communication with the kitchen we didn't receive our food until well over an hour later. My sons fried shrimp where burnt to a crisp not to mention they were salad shrimp. My fathers prime rib was ordered rare , it was cold and looked as if it barely touched any heat. My husband ordered the shore platter and never received his sides and when he mentioned it to the server she didn't even realize. I ordered lobster after being informed they didn't have my original order and it was so tough I could barely chew it. Now with all that being said of the food was amazing we wouldn't have had a problem with anything, but the only thing enjoyable was the fresh French fries. Overall a terrible experience. Staff lacked knowledge of the menu , only thing they have going for them is a great location . Very very disappointing.
