I go to Mavis on Empire Blvd with anything that is within the scope of work that they do, for our 4 vehicles. The reason I would recommend this shop to anyone, is the manager, Joe. He really gets what great customer service is all about and is able to instill those values in the team he has created there. I consistently get great customer service at a fair price with Joe. There was a time when they move Joe to another store; I tried them once; what I nightmare. Fortunately upper management saw fit to return Joe to this store and they have regained me as a loyal customer.

I would find it hard to believe that Joe would have been involved in the situation with the Lady who rated 1 star, due to brakes being disconnected during a tire installation.
