We own a pizzeria and BBQ restaurant in Hale, Mi and we stared out with just writing our checks out by hand and as the restaurant grew we knew we needed a pos system that could help us as the restaurant got busier and busier. We have a large take out business, delivery, and dining room service so we looked for one that could do all three in one. It took a few months to find MICROWORKS. We struggled with it at first because it was new and different from what we were doing. Support was amazing in helping me get it set up which was pretty much plug in play. After a month of it being installed I called them( which I did a few times a week) to please send someone to us that could help us. We weren't the most technical batch so it was aggravating and I no patients for it because the restaurant was busy and i didn't have time to figure it out since all restaurants are different and have different needs. They sent Warren in a couple of days of my request. He helped everyone in the areas where they needed it. MICROWRORKS sales, support and the menu department have been amazing they ALL go above and beyond. They became friends and I know them all by name. If your in the market just know that all change is hard but well worth it. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't change a thing. THANK YOU MICROWORKS!!!!!!!!!
